ReviewBoard国际化配置
ReviewBoard是一个代码评审系统，当前默认没有配置中文翻译，本节主要讲解如何将ReviewBoard系统汉化。

汉化注意事项
ReviewBoard 3.0.12版本对应的python版本是python2.7，不要使用python3安装ReviewBoard。- 使用grep查找需要翻译的英文对应的字符所在原文件时，请使用重定向将结果导入到reviewboard app的上级目录文件中，避免文件内容太多，导致刷屏。
